GMTC Global's purpose is to assist local churches in reaching out to neighborhood boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him
Directors and staff
GMTC Global began with our General Directors, Jeff and Pansy Waller, in 1994 as an outreach program for local children in San Angelo, Texas. They opened our local Outreach Center and held weekly bible clubs for children of all ages to attend. They also began partnering with churches, mostly across Texas, and some in other nearby states to grow churches through their children’s ministry. This was done by hosting teacher trainings and Vacation Bible Schools at these churches. Jeff and Pansy still lead a team of interns every summer who assist with this ministry.
In 2007, Jeff and Pansy began their partnership with Alfredo and Betty Tabares to begin their outreach in Mexico. Alfredo and Betty began their ministry in 1983 and have continued to serve faithfully as the Directors of Missions in Mexico. They now have a team of seven serving alongside them and have opened an Outreach Center there as well. Their team leads weekly bible clubs for children and have planted several churches throughout Mexico.
In 2009, Jeff and his son, Jeffrey Waller, got the opportunity to go on a missions trip to Pakistan to work with Pastor Almas Bhatti and his wife Rafaqat Almas. Almas and Rafaqat began serving as the Directors of Missions in Pakistan shortly after. Almas’s son, Gohar Almas also began working as part of missions team in Pakistan along with his wife, Komal Gohar. Together this team has planted churches and has opened an Outreach Center in Pakistan.
In 2018, Yosdan Charchabal joined our team as the Director of Missions in Cuba. Yosdan had partnered with our Director in Mexico, Alfredo Tabares, in the past. In 2024, Jeff and Alfredo got the opportunity to go on a missions trip to Cuba to work with Yosdan. In Cuba, we have a team of six serving alongside them to lead weekly bible clubs and outreach programs.
What once started as a small bible club for children in Texas, has grown into a global outreach program. GMTC Global is now ministering to children and adults in Texas, Georgia, Mexico, Pakistan, and Cuba. With the support of our staff, donors, and volunteers, we hope to continue to spread the gospel worldwide.
