THE OUTREACH CENTER IS OPEN EACH TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

Dear Parents,

          The Gospel Ministries to Children Outreach Center is open each Tuesday and Thursday, free of charge for children.  Your child is welcome to attend.  We need to have a permission slip on file with your signature for insurance reasons.

          The Outreach Center exists to teach boys and girls of Jesus and to train them to serve Him.  There are games and prizes and a snack each day. There is also a daily Bible story and Bible memory verse.   Good behavior is a requirement to attend.  We have a few simple rules that allow for a safe environment.  If your child fails to obey the rules and respect the Outreach Center staff, he/she will be asked to leave.  We will notify you if we have to send your child home.

          The Outreach Center is funded through the financial gifts of churches and individuals that share our desire to reach boys and girls for Jesus.  Donations are always appreciated, but never required for attendance.

          Below is a permission slip for your child to regularly attend the Outreach Center.  Please tear it off and return it as soon as possible.

permission to regularly attend the GMTC Outreach Center.  I understand that Gospel Ministries to Children does not supervise children that do not stay in the Outreach Center building and playground.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gospel Ministries to Children, it’s officers and volunteers for all loss and claims, including bodily injury and/or death, attorney’s fees, or any omission from this statement.
